It is now more than 3 years since we started The Whippet in our amazing suburb Linden. From the onset it was our dream to support local bakers, artists, growers and our community. Ever single time we are blown away by our local talent, and the last 4 weeks have not been any different.

What a privilege to welcome our new baker Marlizan. After spending a year in Paris, she will now showcase her love for the most amazing pasties at The Whippet. 2016 is our year of bringing Joburg pastries never before seen in our awesome city.

Here’s to a sweeter 2016, and a continuous commitment to support local.
