Hubby Anton and I had decided to have breakfast at The Whippet this morning to get our “fix” of the best coffee in Linden to kick off the long weekend. I had the Eggs Benedict Florentine and it was as close to perfection as it comes! Compliments to the chef! Anton opted for the French toast with mushrooms and bacon and it was also really good. Can’t wait to see what the chef is going to come up with when he returns from Italy!
